Deep Tissue Massage is a form of massage which uses deeper pressure to help alleviate tension and stiffness from the deep layers of muscle and fascia (connective tissue) and keep muscles flexible..
It uses slow, deep pressure (to your preference) and incorporates the use of knuckles, forearms and elbows as well as the hands (like a Swedish massage).
